Scalability will be checked every frame.

HIGH: NiagaraScalabilityUpdateFrequency

Scalability will be checked every 0.25s (default for fx.NiagaraScalabilityUpdateTime_High).

Scalability will be checked every 1.0s (default for fx.NiagaraScalabilityUpdateTime_Low).
